Andrew Jackson Camp, b 9 May 1834, Fayette Co Ga., d 24 May1907, buried in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Cemetery Riverdale, Ga. Was the son of James Seaborn Camp & his first wife Mahaley Beavers. He was married to Drusella E. Huie.Andrew was my Grand Father's (James Monroe Camp) half brother.I have been to the cemetery and have photo's of his grave, which is marked with a Civil War Stone. My copy of his Civil WarRecords show; Camp, Andrew J.. Co. E, 30th Georgia Infantry,Private. He also drew a Invalid Soldier's Pension, due to"right leg disabled", as stated on his service records.
