| Notes for ABEL CAMP, JR.: Was listed as receiving aRevolutionary War pension by DAR. "CAMP, Abel, sol(der) wasborn 17 Mar 1756 in New Milford, CT & when a child, his fathermoved to Sharon in Litchfield Co. & lived there at enl(istment).After the war sol(der) moved to Turnbridge, VT then to Hartford,Windsor County, VT where he applied 28 Sep 1819, in 1832 hestated he had lived there 25 years and signed his name AbelCamp, Jr. Sol(der's) bro(ther) Goold Camp was aged 71 & lived inBarren, VT & served with sol(der).
