This picture is of John Dockery Camp and Nancy Jane (St. Clair) Camp along with my father and mother Lowell Monroe (Bill) and Living (Cantrell) Camp. Taken about 1959.
Notes for Lowell Monroe (Spouse 1)
The picture of "Bill Camp" is of my father who's given name was Lowell Monroe Camp. He would only use the name of Lowell Monroe when he absolutely had to and only on documents that required his legal name such as Social Security and military and even on those I think that he used L. M. Camp. (He hated his the name of Lowell Monroe). He might have felt different about his name if his grandfather Henry would have liked it. Grandpa Henry was the one that started calling him "Bill". Dad thought the sun rose and set in his Grandpa Henry, so anything Grandpa Henry didn't like, my dad didn't like it either
