| Notes for ABEL CAMP: Abel Camp was born January 21, 1729, anddied April 21, 1820, at the age of 91 years. Abel joined thecolonial army in the Revolutionary War and was accredited to thetown of Cornwall, CT. He enlisted on August 27, 1781, in Capt.James Stoddard' Co. He later joined Washington at Phillipsburg.Three of his sons served as soldiers in the Connecticut militiathroughout the same campaign: Abel, Joel, and Gould. | ||||||||||||||||||||
